What is the minimum order quantity?

ESI has a minimum order amount of $50.

For what quantity will full freight be provided?

Full freight will be allowed on shipments over $2,500 within the contiguous lower 48 United States.

Do your LED products have a warranty?

We believe in the quality and reliability of our products, which is why we offer a 5 year warranty for all of our products, we also have 7 and 10 year warranties available upon request on a project to project basis.

Can I pay you via credit card?

We are sorry to inform you that we do not allow payment through credit cards. Preferred payment is via Invoice Net 30.

What if the ballasts or drivers on my product are defective?

Claims for defective ballasts under warranty are to be made directly to the ballast/driver manufacturer through their local ballast service center or field representative.
